Phytosanitary information

Quateata was a 2018 seedling, now passed through two years of trials.  It has a large average tuber size for the underground tubers, easily reaching two inches.  There are still plenty of smaller tubers formed later on descending stolons, since that is just how ulluco grows.  Orange tubers with orange and yellow flesh.  It has a milder flavor than most of the yellow varieties, with a bit less earthy flavor.  I like the strongly earth ullucos, but not everyone agrees.  This one is a good size for roasting with meat or mixed vegetables.
