Accession Details
A Colombian andigena type tetraploid potato originally collected in Boyaca, Colombia in 1947. GRIN notes resistance to late blight and potato virus X.
Observations
TPS. Intermediate germinator. Mostly elliptic, some ovate. Reds, oranges, blues, mostly with light yellow flesh, some white. Shallow eyes. Mid to late season. Short stolons. Good tuberization under long days. Starchy textures. Good flavor.
Commentary
Initial seed increase 0.1g. I have made several selections from this accession.
