Point Grenville is a 2018 Cultivariable Original selection. This variety has a darker color than our other varieties, particularly dark blue/purple in the early growth. The blanched shoots retain some of this color, turning out mostly a pale lavender, and have a stronger flavor than varieties with shoots that blanch white. This variety is also a heavy producer of florets.
