Solanum dolichocremastrum is a diploid wild potato, native to northern Peru. Plants are low growing and rather unruly. Tubers are small and moniliform, like beads on a string, and generally formed on long stolons, late in the year. This 1EBN species will not cross easily with domesticated potatoes. This poorly known species is challenging and probably not a good choice for beginners. For more information, click on the information and growing instructions link above.
